Carrie Underwood

Carrie Underwood performed during the inauguration ceremony for Trump inside the U.S. Capitol Rotunda on January 20, 2025, in Washington, D.C., as he took office for his second term as the 47th president.

The country star’s appearance quickly sparked conversation beyond the music.

As reported by Hello! Magazineesthetic doctor Dr. Sabina Hanoman-Singh of the CREO Clinic suggested that some of Underwood’s youthful features may be linked to treatments designed to improve skin firmness and hydration.

“Carrie’s eyes, both upper and lower, seem smoother and firmer, which could be a result of collagen synthesis treatments,” she explained.

She also noted that changes around the singer’s mouth could point to another cosmetic treatment. “The lines around Carrie’s nose and mouth appear less noticeable, which can happen with a mix of treatments. Some involve filling lost volume with dermal fillers made from hyaluronic acid.”

Hanoman-Singh also addressed speculation about the singer’s lips, noting their fuller appearance.

“Carrie’s lips look hydrated and plump, which might be from dermal filler treatments using hyaluronic acid gel. Her smile also shows less gum, possibly because of anti-wrinkle injections around her mouth, which can reduce the muscles’ pull when smiling,” she told the outlet.

Karoline Leavitt

As Karoline Leavitt’s political profile has grown during her time as White House press secretary, so has public curiosity about her evolving appearance.

Some observers have even linked her look to the so-called “Mar-a-Lago face” aesthetic often discussed in political circles. As Glam noted, Leavitt has also been known to favor outfits that make her appear older than her age.

According to Dr. Michael Niccole, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Newport Beach, California, and founder of CosmetiCare Plastic Surgery Center and MedSpa, Leavitt’s transformation likely goes beyond lighting or makeup.

“There’s no question — her lips appear enhanced, so she’s likely had some form of lip augmentation,” he said. “It also looks like she’s had refinement on her nose. Additionally, I believe she’s had some fat transfer or filler in her chin and jawline.”

However, he pointed out that one feature appears unchanged. “Her lower eyelids still appear hollow in both photos, which suggests she hasn’t had any work done there,” he told Glam.

Kimberly Guilfoyle

Long before becoming a prominent ally of Donald Trump, Kimberly Guilfoyle built a career as a prosecutor and a Court TV host.

As Glam noted, Guilfoyle’s naturally full lips and almond-shaped eyes also helped launch an early modeling career before she moved into law, television, and eventually politics.

Her personal life also drew attention early on. Guilfoyle was previously married to California Governor Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, during his rise in San Francisco politics.

The pair tied the knot in 2001 and were once viewed as a glamorous political power couple — even dubbed “the New Kennedys,” according to the New York Post.

In his memoir “Young Man in a Hurry: A Memoir of Discovery,” Newsom later reflected on the relationship and Guilfoyle’s career trajectory. As quoted by Daily Mail, he wrote, “She was on a career path that would take her to Fox News and into circles of right-wing politics that could not have contrasted more with the world in which we were raised.”

He also described her commanding presence: “She was a little over-the-top. Overdone style. She was never not put together, but understatement was not one of her attributes.”

In another passage, he added, “She needed to command a room. She needed to own a room. All eyes on her.”

The New York Times later noted that Newsom portrayed their marriage as one between two ambitious people whose lives were increasingly moving in different directions.

In the book, he wrote, “I had become quite skilled at repressing my feelings, and Kimberly allowed me this emotional distance.”

Following their divorce, Guilfoyle’s career and political connections continued to evolve. She later began a relationship with Donald Trump Jr., with the pair first publicly linked in 2018.

The couple remained together for several years and eventually became engaged before later splitting after a long engagement. People reported the breakup was “friendly” and noted that the Trump family remained fond of her.

Even after the split, Guilfoyle’s role within Trump’s political orbit continued to expand. According to the official website of the U.S. Embassy & Consulate in Greece, Guilfoyle now serves as the 25th resident U.S. ambassador to Greece and the first woman to hold the position.

As her public profile grew over the years, so did the discussion about her evolving appearance. Plastic surgeon Dr. Dennis Schimpf told Glam that Guilfoyle’s transformation appears to have unfolded gradually.

According to his analysis, she likely began with Botox treatments to the forehead, crow’s feet, and glabella area along with good skincare, before later turning to dermal fillers to maintain facial volume and definition.

Over time, he believes those fillers may have accumulated into what doctors call the “filler creep effect.”

Schimpf also suggested she may have undergone additional procedures — including a facelift, neck liftrhinoplasty, and eyelid surgery — to maintain a tighter jawline and more sculpted facial structure.

Lara Trump

Photos of the president’s daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, from the late 2000s reveal a noticeably different style from the polished image she presents today.

Experts cited by the Irish Star believe some of the change may stem from cosmetic procedures. Dr. Gizem Seymenoglu compared photos of Lara from 2008 with more recent images and said the difference in her eyes stood out.

“A closer examination of Lara’s recent photos is suggestive of blepharoplasty or eyelid surgery, in my opinion,” Seymenoglu said. She noted that Lara’s eyes now appear “much more open and alert.”

The practitioner added that such procedures can help restore a more youthful appearance to the eye area.

Seymenoglu also pointed to other possible cosmetic enhancements. According to her analysis, Lara’s lifted eyebrows and smoother skin around the eyes, mouth, and forehead may suggest the use of Botox.

The expert also suggested that Lara may have used dermal fillersnoting to the news outlet that her cheeks now appear “quite plump and full, whereas they looked relatively less voluminous before.”

Lauren Sánchez

Lauren Sánchez, media personality and the wife of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, has also become a familiar figure in elite political and social circles, including events attended by Trump and other prominent figures.

As reported by Page Six, plastic surgeons speculated that Sánchez may have undergone a facelift and rhinoplasty. Dr. Kassir said one possible clue is her “attached earlobe,” which can occur when facelift skin is pulled too tightly and sewn in place.

Kassir also pointed to subtle dimpling and shadows around her mouth that can appear when skin has been tightened.

At the same time, he noted that Sánchez has a “nice jawline,” which could be the result of facelift work, though he suggested it may not be a deeper surgical technique.

Another expert, Dr. Ehsan Ali, said it’s “possible” the former TV host had a mini facelift, noting that “her skin looks pulled back and tighter.” He also suggested she may have had rhinoplasty because the tip of her nose appears thinner in newer photos.

Other specialists cited by the outlet also suggested Sánchez may have had lip fillers and dermal filler contouring to create a more defined cheek and jawline.

Kristi Noem

As Kristi Noem’s national political profile has grown in her role as U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, her public image has also evolved.

Plastic surgeons who reviewed images of Noem through the years told Daily Mail that the shift appears subtle rather than surgical. Florida-based plastic surgeon Dr. Adam Rubinstein described it as “more of a glamorous makeover than a surgical makeover.”

Another specialist pointed to a broader aesthetic trend sometimes associated with figures in Trump’s social orbit. Dr. Jimmy Sung of Tribeca Aesthetics referenced what some observers call the “Mar-a-Lago look.”

The doctors suggested that treatments such as Botox or dermal fillers could help explain smoother skin and fuller facial features in more recent photos. However, they emphasized they did not believe Noem had undergone more invasive procedures such as rhinoplasty or a facelift.

Styling may also play a role. Earlier images show Noem wearing lighter makeup and simpler hairstyles, while more recent appearances often feature longer, voluminous waves, dramatic eyelashes, and heavier makeup.

Noem herself has never confirmed using Botox or fillers.

She has, however, acknowledged receiving cosmetic dental work in 2024 after a biking accident, explaining in an advertisement for Smile Texas that she sought treatment to repair her teeth and hoped people would focus on her ideas rather than her appearance.

Ivanka Trump

The president’s daughter, Ivanka Trump, has spent decades in the public eye — first as a businesswoman and socialite, then as a senior advisor in the White House. Across those years, subtle shifts in her look have sparked ongoing discussion.

Plastic surgeons cited by the Daily Mail believe several cosmetic procedures may explain the shift. Dr. Alexander Z. Rivkin said, “Ivanka Trump looks like she has had quite a makeover. Overall, her face now looks better proportioned, but less natural and more generic because her natural imperfections have been reduced.”

Rivkin noted that her lips appear “clearly enhanced with filler,” noting that while they look balanced from the front, the borders appear more prominent in profile.

Rivkin also suggested she may have added significant volume to her chin and jawline, either through fillers or implants. He said it may have altered the narrow jaw and small chin that once gave her a more unique look.

The doctor also observed that the tip of her nose appears more projected and defined, something he said could be achieved through non-surgical rhinoplasty using filler.

Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Norman M. Rowe agreed that Ivanka’s transformation likely goes beyond makeup or lighting. He suggested that the tip of her nose may have been trimmed and the bridge made smaller through rhinoplasty.

Rowe also noted that her lower face and neck now appear more defined, with a longer, shapelier neck — changes he said could be the result of a facelift
